First time I have been involved in a care home environment and the experience has dispelled all my concerns as to what it would be like. All the staff I have been in contact with are friendly, approachable, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to provide a first-class service to residents and relatives.. No request is too difficult, insignific… ant or impossible. They make what must be a difficult workplace as pleasurable as possible. They always have a smile on their faces. The main areas and thoroughfares are kept clean, tidy, nicely furnished and decorated, giving a great first impression.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. Mum is not very talkative and someone always includes her in conversation. Always well turned out, Mum has a comfortable friendship with staff and residents.

- professional hairdressing
- personal copies of newspapers or magazines
- personal purchases such as stationery, confectionery, toiletries etc.
- clothing, shoes and slippers
- dry cleaning
- private telephone line rental and calls and cable connections.

In the absence of free provision by the NHS, we can also arrange for the following healthcare services to be provided, these will be charged in addition to the weekly fees:
- chiropody
- optometry
- dentistry
- physiotherapy
- other privately arranged healthcare
- care staff accompaniment to regular medical appointments.
