Home Care Manager
I have 27 years' experience in the care sector, working my way up from a Key Worker. I have worked many varied and interesting roles including NHS ward based work and nursing homes. I also spent time working as Regional Quality Manager and hope to use many of these skills and experience in order to support my team at Ferendune Court.
I have worked for thirty years as a chef manager for the NHS. I have worked at Anchor, Ferendune court for a lovely 18 months and it’s by far the best place I have worked. I have the pleasure of presenting nutritional meals for our residents and enjoy the atmosphere and team work.
I started with the company just over 2 years ago as a Care Assistant and have since recently stepped up to be a full time Team Leader. The team take great pride in the quality of care we offer our residents and welcome you to pop in and see our home for yourself.
My name is Katerina Sandrova and I am working as a Head housekeeper with my wonderful team. Our home offers a warm, safe and friendly environment with facilities to make you feel at home.
