As far as I am aware, my mother-in-law is being well looked after at Ferendune Court. Her daughter has informed me that her care is excellent. There is not much more I am able to add as I have only been to the home on two occasions.

Ferendune is the most wonderful care home I have ever visited. It is happy. The staff genuinely care about the residents. They are kind and patient and full of smiles. It was wonderfully reassuring to see how they care for my mum. The food is of good quality and the staff are thoughtful in how they present it. Because some residents have memory d… ifficulties, the staff put a sample of each of the menu items on a plate and when they ask residents what they would like to eat, they show them the example items on the plate so they can easily select their choice (rather than relying on their memory to guide their decision-making). Everything at Ferendune is thoughtfully done, many wonderful activities for residents to join in and it is located in a beautiful part of England. Thank you, Ferendune, with my whole heart. It is devastating when loved ones cognitively decline and knowing that they are being respectfully and kindly looked after is a gift during such a tender time.

Ferendune Court is a fabulous care home. My mother has been here a year now and her care is exemplary. The staff are professional and very kind. The home itself needs a bit of love, though. It is spotlessly clean and well-cared for by the staff but it is looking rather tired and lacking in furniture!

My husband has been a resident in Ferendune Court for the last six months, during this time every effort has been made to help him settle in. I have found all members of staff to be kind and patient, often in challenging circumstances. They have always answered any of my queries or questions about my husband's care and made sure I am aware of any p… roblems. Every effort is made to have weekly activities for all residents, as well as outings. Visitors are welcome at any time, which makes it easier for people to visit. On my personal experience I would recommend Ferendune Court to anyone.

Ferundune continues to surpass the expectations of care that they give to my father. He’s never been more healthy, happy and content. Ferundune is his home and he doesn’t want to be anywhere else. This is an extremely happy home for all of its residents. The staff are all so efficient, friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them.… Ferundune is 100% perfect from our perspective.

My mum has been living at Ferendune Court for nearly two years now. It is a very welcoming place and is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My mum has settled in well at the home and is well liked by everyone, she is always very well cared for and I am informed of anything that is of cause for concern regarding her he… alth and wellbeing, which has put my mind at ease knowing that she is at a good care home being looked after by caring and supportive staff. My mum is very happy there and so that is the best outcome for her and for myself.

Staff all very welcoming, efficient and caring. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the option to bring in items to make the surroundings more homely for the resident is much appreciated. Medical care is good. Organised activities and excursions outside the home are well managed. Security is good.
