My partner spent a week in respite care and we both found the management and staff helpful, kind and attentive and would not hesitate to recommend Ferundune. Visiting relatives were always treated with kindness and hospitality.

My experience of Ferendune Court during my wife's 15 month stay has always been excellent. The care and love shown to her by all the staff especially in her final weeks and days was exceptional. Looking after residents with dementia is challenging and I was impressed by the cheerful and supportive way my wife was cared for. I could not have wished … for a more peaceful environment for her.

Mum, has now been in Ferendune Court care home for 13 months. My knowledge and experience of care homes was very limited prior to mum going in, so whilst I took a while to get used to the workings of the home mum settled in immediately. Given there are many individuals with different care needs in the home, from my observations and dealings with ma… ny of the carers over the last 13 months they do a remarkable job of making residents feel special and in keeping them involved (There really are many activities ). The kindness, care and patience mum has received puts my mind at rest that her last years will be as good as they could be, so a big thank you to everybody involved at Ferendune.

My father has dementia and has been struggling with mobility. My mother was his sole carer at home and his health declined very quickly. I have been so impressed with all the staff at Ferendune. Initial conversations about respite care were efficient and sensitive. When my father could no longer be looked after at home all the assessments were comp… leted and he went into care at a crucial moment. The thought and care I have seen on every visit, with every email has been amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough.

My father hasn't been there long but so far all seems fantastic. His flat is lovely and has all that he needs, he is happy with the food and love that he is always offered a drink or snack. There always seem lots for them to do which is nice to see.
