Elmridge Court Extra Care estate has 41 one and two bed retirement apartments which are accessible to shops, transport links and amenities. Landscaped gardens surround the estate and there is a car park at the front. The range of on-site facilities include a restaurant, lounge, hobbies room, lift, hair salon, guest room, laundry and a shop. Regular social activities such as coffee mornings take place, providing an opportunity to meet with other residents. A local manager looks after the maintenance of the buildings and gardens, plus the 24 hour alarm call system ensures help is always on hand if required. Local shops include a supermarket, pharmacy, florist, takeaway and bakery, while bus services run to Lowton St Marys and Leigh.
As an Approved Operator, we have signed up to the ARCO Consumer Code, and aim to ensure compliance with the ARCO Consumer Code in the operation of our extra care housing schemes and villages (see www.arcouk.org).

The building is purpose-built, ensuring it is wheelchair accessible throughout and includes lifts to all floors.
There is also a secure door entry system for your added peace of mind.

How much does it cost?
Properties for rent

What is included in rental fees?
Our service charge covers all the cost of amenities you share with your neighbours, including the estate manager service, our 24-hour emergency call service (Anchor On Call), repairs and maintenance, window cleaning, gardening and the cleaning of communal areas.
