My impression of this home is that it is a happy, positive, caring environment. You get that feeling as soon as you go in, and my interactions with staff and residents back that up. All in all moving to Brackenfield was a really good choice for my Dad, giving him the extra support that he needed in a caring positive environment.

After several falls at home, I came in for restbite and decided was happy at Brackenfield and decided to become a permanent resident. The home is close to my family & friends, is very clean, comfortable and offered on site facilities and is clean, bright and comfortable this made my transition easy. I have a beautiful room that overlooks the lovely… Read more garden. I have been able to bring some of my own furniture and pictures to make it more like my own home. The meals/food are more that addiquate, plenty of choice and is hot. The laundry facilities are very good and I am able to use the salon to have my hair done, still se my own doctor as he visits weekly. The acctivities when run are good & engaging.

Very friendly & approachable staff who always welcome you with a smile & a chat. The home is always clean & tidy & a nice smell to the place. Mum is nicely settled here & has had her room decorated to her liking with her own things around her.

This was the first time my Mum had been looked after by someone else and the first time we had used restbite, so it was really important to us that she was well looked after and we had a good experience. My aunt has been at Brackenfield now since 2022 she has come on leaps and bounds and is really happy she has made many friends there. The food is excellent plenty of choice.
