Anchor housing locations enjoy festive fun this Christmas

From Christmas parties to themed coffee mornings, our housing locations have been busy enjoying the festive season. 

In the lead up to Christmas day, residents at our housing locations have organised festive events and get togethers. Residents at Fred Tibble Court, a rented housing with extra care location in Dagenham enjoyed an evening of charades and Christmas crafting and invited family and friends over to their annual Christmas party earlier in the month.

Mayflower Court, Sunnyfield Lodge and Woodside Court also threw Christmas parties, with Sunnyfield Lodge teaming up with a local childminding group for a group celebration and a special visit from Father Christmas. The community spirit was also alive at Carlton Fold in Nottingham, as it welcomed local school children for an afternoon of singing Christmas carols. Reverend Bill Baker Court also welcomed some special guests earlier in the month who dropped off some presents for residents and stopped for a few photos. 

For those who preferred an earlier start to the festivities, Lambourn Court, a property for rent location in Newbury held a Christmas coffee morning where attendees took part in a themed quiz and raffle that raised £70 for the British Heart Foundation.
