Anchor Hanover launch the first Loving Later Life Awards

We’re thrilled to launch the first Loving Later Life Awards recognising those customers who make a real difference at their Anchor Hanover location.

The awards are open to any customer and we welcome nominations from fellow customers, colleagues, friends and family. So, if you know someone who makes a difference where they live make sure you nominate them for one of the six awards below.

Fabulous fundraiser

This award is exactly what it says on the (collection) tin, someone who goes above and beyond to raise money for others.

The greatest grandparent(s)

Many of us have fond memories of our grandparents. Do you know someone who is a grandparent or a great-grandparent and goes above and beyond for their family?

‘Paw’some pet

We know that pets provide companionship, comfort and love, and offer a way of making contact with others. Tell us all about your animal companions and why they make a difference to your life.

Neighbour like no other

They say everyone needs good neighbours. Do you know someone who makes a difference and goes the extra mile to help their neighbours?

Bloomin’ marvellous gardener*

This award is for a gardening genius who has brightened up your location with their green fingers. It might be flowers in tubs, a vegetable patch or something bigger.

Digital dynamo

Technology is constantly changing and it can be difficult to keep up. This award recognises a customer who takes technological advances in their stride and uses technology to improve their life and the lives of others.

Award winners will receive £100 of gift vouchers.

Please clearly label each photo with the nominee’s name and address. Please note we will be unable to return photos. 

Winners and those shortlisted will be required to feature in their local newspaper, on the Anchor Hanover websites and on social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc.).
