Our ESG strategy and performance

Anchor is the largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people in England. We already manage over 35,500 socially rented units, over 12,500 leasehold units, and 120 care homes (more than 6,000 rooms), and have ambitious plans to build 5,700 more homes in the next 10 years. We are committed to sustainability in each area of our business.

We have developed a Sustainability Financing Framework to demonstrate how we plan to enter into Sustainability Financing Transactions (SFTs).
