Highfield Court celebrate Anchor’s 50th Anniversary

Staff and residents at Highfield Court retirement housing scheme in Swinton, Rotherham have celebrated Anchor’s 50th anniversary in style.

On Saturday 8 June Highfield Court had a special celebration to mark the occasion and welcomed in people from the local community.

The scheme was decorated with banners, balloons and bunting, a huge buffet was put on and everyone enjoyed a raffle in aid of Prostate Cancer UK which raised £125.

Manager Tina Willey said: “We’d like to thank everyone for coming along to our special celebration. All the residents have had a great day and we look forward to seeing some of our visitors again in the future.”
