Appreciation of service presented to Hampshire Lakes Customer Relations Manager

Home Manager, Angela McCormack, presented Customer Relations Manager, Suzanne Steed, with a token of Anchor's appreciation for 5 years of service.

Suzanne is the longest-serving member of staff at Hampshire Lakes retirement village, having been employed whilst the foundations were just being dug!

She has been the first point of contact for all the residents currently living in Willow Gardens care home and has been instrumental within the Management Team for helping create the now well established and wonderful home and developing many links within the community.
