Purchasing an Anchor managed retirement home means you can enjoy more of your life while we carry out all the tasks associated with managing and maintaining the property on your behalf.
You will no longer have to worry about day-to-day matters such as external building maintenance, gardening, building insurance or window cleaning, leaving you free to enjoy the things that matter most to you.
We arrange for any external maintenance to the main structure of your house/apartment and the communal areas, and provide insurance for all the buildings.
With many years’ experience of delivering specialist retirement leasehold management, we can promise customers an efficient, responsive service that is open, accountable and which offers value for money.
Customers living in Anchor’s retirement developments pay a service charge to cover costs directly related to their development. This includes pays for services such as the estate manager, shared facilities, property maintenance, buildings insurance and a management fee. Service charges are put together in accordance with the terms of your lease and reviewed annually.
