Priors Hall is a contemporary residential care home providing luxurious and comfortable facilities set in private landscaped gardens. Ideally located in the historical town of Corby, Priors Hall offers first class residential care and dementia care for up to 66 residents.
Priors Hall offers a warm, safe and friendly environment, with facilities to make you or your loved-one feel at home in our care. Dedicated carers are recruited and trained to provide care and support tailored to your needs. Carers are specially selected for their personal qualities, for being instinctively warm with a natural desire to help others – taking the time to have a friendly chat, reminisce or share a joke. They’ll ensure that you or your loved one continue to enjoy maximum independence as well as 24-hour peace of mind, knowing that all the help and assistance you might need is always at hand.

At Priors Hall, we make the most of mealtimes. Anchor has won national recognition for the quality of its food and catering service. Each floor of our home has a dining room, so residents don’t have far to go to enjoy each mealtime.
All our menus offer wholesome and nutritionally balanced food, which is prepared on site, with different choices every day. We’ll get to know individual likes and dislikes and cater for any special dietary requirements, so that residents can enjoy all the meals we serve.
Our menus are fresh, appetising and served with a smile. We are committed to making mealtimes a sociable and pleasurable part of each day.

Our Lifestyle Team organises and arranges a variety of opportunities for our residents to enjoy daily activities in our home and in the local community.
Being interested in what is going on and taking part in fun activities is a vital part of life. We organise activities which are designed to reflect the wishes and interests of residents. Quiet areas and spacious en-suite rooms also ensure peace and privacy whenever wanted.
Priors Hall is close to local shops, places of worship and other amenities. residents can make life at Priors Hall a hive of activity or as gentle as they wish, with social events in the home and the community arranged together with others.

How much does it cost?
Care homes
Our current private weekly fee at Priors Hall is from £1408.00. This can vary due to resident dependency, size of room and location. Our Home Manager and other colleagues will be happy to discuss fees and any other questions you may have about paying for care.
What is included in care home fees?
For many people, moving to a care home is a big decision and it can be difficult to know where to start. Care home fees are based on a range of factors, including specific care needs, which can change over time.
Living in an Anchor care home you can be confident that a single fee covers the cost of your personally tailored 24 hour care and support, utility bills and meals, as well as a fantastic range of daily activities. In an Anchor care home our weekly charge includes:
- cost of personal care
- accommodation
- utilities e.g. heating and light
- all resident catering, meals, snacks and drinks
- laundry undertaken on the premises
- television licence, including for personal use (for residents over 75 only)
- housekeeping services.
The following extra items and services are not covered by the weekly fees, however we can arrange for them to be provided (at an additional cost):
- professional hairdressing
- personal copies of newspapers or magazines
- personal purchases such as stationery, confectionery, toiletries etc.
- clothing, shoes and slippers
- dry cleaning
- private telephone line rental and calls and cable connections.
In the absence of free provision by the NHS, we can also arrange for the following healthcare services to be provided, these will be charged in addition to the weekly fees:
- chiropody
- optometry
- dentistry
- physiotherapy
- other privately arranged healthcare
- care staff accompaniment to regular medical appointments.
No upfront deposit is required at any of Anchor’s care homes to secure a room.

With 20 years of experience in the care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of roles, steadily progressing to senior-level positions. I began my journey at Priors Hall in 2022 as a Senior Carer, before advancing to Deputy Care Manager and Care Manager. Most recently, I was honoured to be promoted to the role of Home Manager, a position I am excited and proud to hold. Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where care and compassion are at the forefront of everything we do.

My name is MaryBeth. I am the Administrator here at Priors Hall care home. With 13 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and Service Management, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, starting in the NHS and even spending some time as a Customer Service Manager for an engineering company. While my journey has been diverse, my true passion lies in creating efficient process to improve services for residents. Although much of my work is behind a desk, my focus is always on delivering exceptional service. I believe that every administration task completed should directly contribute to the well-being and comfort of those we care for.

We know only too well how daunting and emotional the decisions are for everyone when considering care, which is why our team are here to help every step of the way.
We’ll provide you with full details of the home, along with any other information you’d like, such as sample menus and activity schedules, as well as explain how you can arrange a viewing.
Whether you’re looking to stay with us permanently, or for a short break, we’d be delighted to take you on a show round of the home in person. Simply book a visit with the home manager once you’ve made your enquiry.
If you or your loved one doesn’t live nearby or are unable to visit in person we can provide a virtual show round. Either way, we’re keen to show you what daily life is like here and for you to meet our friendly team.
We hope you decide, following your visit, that you or your loved one would like to move into the home, in which case we’ll organise a pre-assessment to make sure we can meet all your care needs.
Our friendly onsite team will discuss every area of moving-in with you in detail to make sure you and your loved-one know exactly what to expect and feel confident, safe and welcomed when coming to live with us.
Before you move in, we will find out if there are any of your possessions that you wish us to place in your room before you arrive. Please bring your family photographs and most treasured possessions to help make your room your home.

We also actively support residents living with us to enjoy visits away from the care home into the local area and to nearby places of interest.
