A local manager looks after the upkeep of the buildings and gardens, as well as providing further help and support if required. The properties are situated close to Seaham beach, a convenience store, food outlets, leisure facilities and bus routes to Sunderland.

Your monthly fee will range from £1,283.13 and normally includes your rent, service charge, heating, hot water and water rates.
