Our Be Well 360 service at The Chimes is an inclusive and holistic programme that supports people to live a healthy, active and connected lifestyle. Our approach is simple, flexible and personalised, and is about so much more than health and fitness.

Be Well 360 promotes and enhances quality of life by;

• Identifying individual needs and creating a plan
• Offering the knowledge, tools and opportunities to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing
• Serving as a community focal point and creating opportunities for people to connect with one another.

Whether you want to feel fitter, increase your energy, improve your mobility, balance and confidence, or enjoy better sleep and feel less stressed, your dedicated and professional wellbeing advisor will work with you to develop a realistic action plan that targets your aspirations.

Your advisor will guide you through your chosen activities, which could include exercise classes, learning new skills, improving your diet, creative pursuits, relaxation technics and connecting with other people, and show you how to access the wealth of resources and information available through the programme.

They’ll be with you every step of the way and offer you regular assessments so you can celebrate your improvements.

Part of the Be Well 360 service is to assist with any health concerns and guide and inspire you in the right direction, whether that’s just taking the first steps in improving your fitness, nutrition, wellness or just being aware of any health concerns. My passion and values are to make sure people don’t just survive but to strive and maintain a happy and healthy life.
