We are very pleased with the care our mother received, the constant checks, administering of medication and taking to the toilet. The room was lovely and spacious, warm but also airy and clean. She commented how much she enjoyed the food. Visitors were made very welcome, which was extremely important.

My wife moved into Bloomfield Court in October 2022 when we visited Bloomfield to have a look around. A staff member showed us around, a very confident lady. She knows her job and said if we have any questions we can phone and ask. Me and my wife thought she was the manager until we were told differently the other week that she was a duty manager. … We were shocked to find this out as she has worked there a number of years, through covid. We don't understand how she hasn't become a manager. We find all the staff are lovely there. Nothing too much for them.

We found the home very good. Food was good. Majority of the staff were very good, they cared for our brother very well. Clean and tidy. Our only problem was the GP that looks after the residents. Despite staff phoning them I dont think the GP came out to check him.

Clean, well-presented care home and staff. Facilities are always kept clean, tidy, and maintained. The staff are wonderful, helpful, happy, and welcoming, they always go the extra mile for all residents ensuring their well-being, health, care needs, and needs are met. They tailor their care to the individual needs of the residents ensuring to take … into account the resident's personality and interests. The care home has a family vibe as one big house and not a clinical feeling.

My wife became a resident in January 2020 and she passed away September 2023. In all the time she was at Bloomfield Court Care Home, I never had one occasion to complain. The treatment given to my wife was superb. The staff were outstanding and the care, compassion and dignity given to the residents were superb. We were always contacted with issues… , when opinions were sought and we were included in every facet of my wife's care. My thanks and my family's to them all.
