Anchor have arranged a bespoke contents insurance policy with Aviva Insurance Limited open to all residents, whether you rent or own your home. With this policy you only pay for the level of cover that is right for you.

How to apply
Option 1 – Online

Aviva are the insurer and Wessex are Anchor's chosen administrator for the scheme.
Option 2- Complete an application form
You can obtain an application form by speaking to your local manager or downloading it below.
Please make sure you answer all the questions on the application and sign the declaration. If you have any queries about filling in your form, please telephone Wessex Administration Services on telephone number 01962 844454.
Option 3 - By telephone
Cover can be arranged by telephone by calling the Wessex Administration quote line on telephone number 01962 892 086.
