Allocations and Lettings Policy Review
We're updating our Allocations and Lettings Policy, which explains how we let homes in our rented independent living schemes.
This review is part of our ongoing work to make sure our policies are clear, fair and reflect best practice in social housing. The changes we’re proposing aim to:
- Prioritise those most in need of housing
- Make the best use of our homes
- Support our charitable aims and meet our responsibilities as a housing provider
We’d really like to hear your views. Listening to residents helps us make sure our policies reflect what matters to you and your community.
