People choose to work in a job for all kinds of reasons. For some it’s what they’ve always known, for others a childhood dream but for many at Anchor, it’s being able to make a difference to someone else’s life.

We’re not-for-profit

As a not-for-profit organisation, all the money we make goes back into the business to provide better services for residents and colleagues. That’s because when we make a commitment to care, we’re all in – with our time, effort and every penny.

By reinvesting in the business we can provide a better standard of care and customer service, better wages, more investment in training and development and better facilities.
