Care Roles with Anchor

Transforming lives together

Find your perfect property

We’re proud to be  not-for-profit with a real social purpose: we provide communities where older people live well in later life.

MapWe have over 100 care homes across England, and we have amongst the highest proportion of care homes rated Outstanding or Good by the Care Quality Commission than any other large provider of residential care. What’s more, Anchor is the first large care and housing group in the sector to pay the Living Wage Foundation’s Real Living Wage rate.

A meaningful career

When you join our care team, you’ll be working with colleagues dedicated to making a real and positive difference to older people’s lives. What’s more, you’ll know that what you do benefits not just the residents of the care home you work in, but provides a valuable role for society as a whole.

Whether you’re new to care, or have previous experience, we have roles at every level across the country. If you know you want to work in care, but aren’t sure of the opportunities available to you, we’ve listed some of our key roles below.

However, we will continue to encourage everyone who is eligible for the vaccine and booster dose to have it to protect themselves, as well as the residents and colleagues in our home.
