Property Services Team 

The Property Services team ensures residents live in safe, well maintained homes through a responsive, consistent and customer focused approach to day to day repairs and void management. We lead the operational delivery of repairs, diagnosing defects, coordinating remedial actions and ensuring full compliance with mandatory requirements. Our Surveying teams oversee repairs, voids and contractor performance, providing technical inspections and compliant corrective actions while working closely with residents, managers and contractors to provide a reliable, resident focused service across our national portfolio.

Property Investment Team 

Our Property Investment Team leads the delivery of major planned works across our national property portfolio, ensuring homes remain modern, safe, and fit for the future. The team manages the replacement and upgrade of key components - including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofs, and other essential elements - using data driven asset planning to prioritise investment where it’s needed most.

By working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams, they ensure projects run smoothly, minimise disruption, and deliver high quality improvements that enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and long term asset performance.

Resident & Building Safety Team 

Our Resident and Building Safety Team is dedicated to keeping our homes safe and fully compliant, delivering all core statutory responsibilities across our national portfolio. The team manages the “big six” areas of compliance - gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, and lifting equipment - ensuring every home meets rigorous safety standards through robust inspections, servicing, risk assessments, and remedial work.

They also lead on wider building safety obligations, including high rise and high risk building oversight, safety case management, resident engagement, and regulatory reporting. With a strong focus on transparency, prevention, and partnership with residents, the team ensures our buildings remain safe places to live and that we consistently meet - and aim to exceed - legal and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Partnerships Team 

Our Strategic Partnerships Team delivers strong commercial governance across our national portfolio, ensuring we secure value for money and high quality outcomes from all major contracts. The team leads on the development, negotiation, and ongoing management of strategic supplier relationships - from drafting and procuring new contracts to monitoring performance, compliance, and financial obligations.

They oversee commercial risk, ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards, and work collaboratively with operational teams and partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. By combining commercial expertise with a strong understanding of the housing and construction sectors, the team ensures our contracts are robust, fair, and deliver the best possible outcomes for residents and the organisation.
