Property Delivery and Asset Management

Property Surveyors, Asset Managers and Repairs Coordinators focus on maintaining and improving our properties through repairs, planned works, and asset strategy.

Health and Building Safety

Ensure our homes and workplaces are safe and compliant with health and safety standards. The types of roles we have in this team include: Building Safety Surveyor, Compliance Administrator, Asset Compliance, Asbestos Compliance, Regional Compliance, Health Safety & Fire.

Portfolio Strategy

Plan and manage our extensive property portfolio, aiming to deliver better homes and sustainable developments. Within this team you’ll find roles in facilities, strategic planning, sustainability, energy and retrofit as well as estate and portfolio strategy surveyors.

Investments

Drive our property investments and project delivery, working on contracts, partnerships, and resident liaison. This team is made up of Contract Managers, Project and Property Surveyors, Programme Managers, Resident Liaison, Commercial Managers, Strategic Partners and Investment Planning.

Development

A combination of Regeneration, Land & Planning, Performance & Insight, Quality Assurance, Development Managers and New Homes and Aftercare experts make up the Develop team. They lead regeneration, new build projects, and quality assurance to shape the future of our homes.

Champion sustainability initiatives, energy management, and environmental strategy across our portfolio.
