At Anchor Villages, our Hospitality and Housekeeping team is dedicated to delivering high quality dining and living experiences.
The Maintenance and Landscaping team ensures a safe, functional, and beautiful environment for residents. The Maintenance Operative and Maintenance Manager handle repairs and upkeep, while the Driver assists with transportation needs. Our Gardeners and Head Gardener maintain and enhance the village grounds, creating pleasant outdoor spaces. The Estate Service Manager oversees all these operations, ensuring high standards and efficient service delivery.
Our Administration team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. From the Village Compliance Coordinator who oversees regulatory adherence, to the Village Administration Manager managing daily administrative functions, each role is vital. Our Receptionists provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, while our Administrators support various clerical tasks. Together, they create a welcoming and well-organised environment for our residents and colleagues.
