Customer Service – Rented Housing
We provide administrative and lettings tenancy support to rented housing customers.
Customer Service – Home Ownership
We provide administrative support to leasehold customers, next of kin and solicitors during the sale of a leasehold property.
Application Assessment Team
We ensure anyone living with us is appropriately housed so our communities remain safe.
We log and track all types of customer feedback and support colleagues in their responses.
Customer Debt Recovery
We’re responsible for managing high-risk, rental arrear cases for current and former customers.
We’re responsible for dealing with customer credit and arrears for home ownership and retirement properties.
Customer Service Support
We provide general administrative support to all colleagues in the most effective and cost-efficient way.
Anchor On Call
We provide 24/7 support service to over 29,000 properties providing advice, repairs, and emergency assistance.
We provide the customer services function with a forecasting and scheduling service, as well as a wide range of reporting and MI.
