The Property Delivery team plays a key role in maintaining Anchor’s commitment to excellence. Acting as the central hub that connects investment, repairs, and servicing and inspections, this team provides a holistic property delivery service.
By ensuring compliance with property management duties, the team guarantees that Anchor's properties are not just spaces to live but homes where residents can love living in later life.

We are diverse team of over 100 colleagues delivering resident focused property solutions. We operate through a team of 50 surveyors each with a defined group of locations. Each surveyor is responsible for between 30 and 40 locations.
This is an exciting time to join us as we conclude procurement of 15-year, £1.7bn contracts. The 8 new contracts will provide a transformational approach to how we deliver services to residents and realise efficiencies for Anchor. To equip Anchor with the skills and capacity to realise the benefits of these contracts we are recruiting to various new roles. The roles are home based with surveyor travel within their patches. For other colleagues’ occasional travel within the region and to our offices in Bradford and/or London will be required and is fully expensed.
