The Property Delivery Team is at the heart of Anchor’s commitment to provide safe, high quality homes where residents can love living in later life.

With a national portfolio and a wide range of skills, our colleagues act as the central hub that connects investment, repairs, servicing and inspections that directly improve the lives of our residents.

Who we are

We are diverse team of over 100 colleagues delivering resident focused property solutions across England. More than 50 of our property and housing surveyors each manage a portfolio of between 30 and 40 properties, ensuring that our homes are safe, compliant, and continuously improved.

We work closely with colleagues in housing and care operations, as well as the wider Property & Assets directorate, to help keep our residents’ homes well maintained and future-ready.

Right now, we’re in the process of mobilising 15-year, £1.7bn contracts that will transform how we deliver services, improving outcomes for residents and realising efficiencies for Anchor. To equip us with the skills and capacity to realise the benefits of these contracts we’re recruiting for a range of new roles across our Property Delivery team – it’s an exciting time to join us.

Our Roles

Anchor’s Property Delivery team is made up of a wide variety of roles, all working together to deliver safe, high-quality homes. Roles within our team include:

Property Surveyors - Managing a portfolio of 30-40 properties, leading inspections and repairs. Read more about our Property Surveyor jobs here.
Peripatetic Surveyors - Travelling surveyors managing property investment, service, inspection and repairs services across UK-wide locations.
Senior Property Surveyors - Reporting the Head of Property and responsible for the delivery of property investment, service, inspection and repairs, while managing a team of surveyors.
Future Opportunities – As our contracts and investment programmes expand, further specialist and managerial roles may become available.
