Colleague Experience Manager – Resourcing & Skills
£60,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Remote
Leading a team of specialists in the attraction and selection of top talent. In this role you will design and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies, compliance, apprenticeship, and qualification programmes that enhance colleague skills and create a standout employee experience. Leading projects and collaborating across teams, you’ll also drive organisational assessments, workforce planning and early career strategies.
Colleague Experience Partner – Resourcing
£48,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Remote
The Colleague Experience Partner plays a vital role in supporting the organisations resourcing needs by providing expert advise to stakeholders around workforce planning and compliance. You’ll ensure our colleague lifecycle is seamless by collaborating with key teams to lead projects that improve recruitment, onboarding and career development. This role helps maintain a pro-active and high quality recruitment service which supports colleague retention and experience.
Colleague Experience Specialist – Skills & Qualifications
£40,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Remote
Deliver proactive, high-quality colleague experience initiatives that support both employees and managers. You will design and implement solutions that enhance capability, performance, and organisational culture, contributing to the full employee lifecycle.
Working in a matrix environment, you’ll lead projects and improve day-to-day operations by coordinating activities around onboarding, recognition, development, and change programmes. Key responsibilities include: using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance, while collaborating closely with the team to meet business objectives.
Colleague Experience Specialist – Digital & Systems
£40,000 per annum / 37.5 hours / Remote
As a Colleague Experience Specialist, you’ll work closely with data and systems to shape a consistent and positive journey for every colleague. You’ll monitor key insights and trends, shaping the information into meaningful improvements. By supporting reports, dashboards and feedback channels, you’ll ensure Anchor stays responsive and connected.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of performance – whether that’s at an individual or team level. You’ll design and deliver initiatives that ensure of colleagues are confident and capable. Playing a hands-on part in exciting change programs and culture activities, making sure everyone feels engaged, supported and ready to succeed.
Colleague Experience Advisor – Capability & Performance (FTC)
£27,500 - £34,000 per annum / 37.5 hours / Remote / 18 month FTC
In this people-focused role, you’ll help bring Anchor’s values to life by supporting the full colleague journey—from onboarding and development to engagement and change. You’ll collaborate across teams to design and deliver learning, development, and engagement initiatives, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
