Award-winning apprenticeships

With over 300 learners up and down the country, we have three distinct apprenticeship offerings:

Apprenticeship Programme: Over 12-18 months, you will receive some of the most comprehensive training in care or customer service and best of all you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification.
MyRole Apprenticeships: As an existing colleague, you can register for an apprenticeship qualification relating to your role as part of your ongoing training and development.
MyFuture Apprenticeships: Nominated by your Manager, you’ve been identified as Top Talent and this apprenticeship supports you on your way to the next role.

Professional qualifications

In addition to the many opportunities for learning and training at Anchor, you will also be given the opportunity to gain professional qualifications through both our apprenticeships and standard roles:

Careers in Care: Gain nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQ’s and QCF’s
Customer Service: Gain your level 2 qualification through our apprenticeship scheme
Property Construction: Earn a level 4 HNC in Construction

My First Year

From your very first day, we are committed to making you feel welcome, supported and set up for success.
My First Year offers structure and an engaging induction experience from your first week and through key milestones across your entire first year with us.
You can access this through MyLearning, and it provides easy access to:

Support and guidance from day one

Your manager will support you and introduce you to a buddy/colleague who will guide you in navigating the system, understanding our vision and values and feel confident in your role.
