MyAccount allows Anchor residents to securely access your rental and leaseholder account details online.
The information that you can see on your easy to use MyAccount profile is live, so it’s up-to-date. It is the same information used by us at Anchor.
Why register for MyAccount
If you already live in an Anchor leasehold or rental property, or want to apply for rental housing, registering for MyAccount will enable you to:
- Complete an online application form
- Manage your rent or service charge account
- Contact us with feedback
- Give notice to terminate your tenancy
- Update your details
- Set up a Direct Debit
- Make online payments (legacy Anchor residents only at present)
