We are passionate about what we do and how we care for our residents. At West Hall we have a caring team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional levels of care and ensuring our residents always feel confident that they can rely on a friendly face and helping hand 24-hours a day.

Our carers are selected for their personal qualities as well as training and formal qualifications. At West Hall we have introduced a new care model which focuses on the importance of strong individual relationships, and our instinctively warm carers are empowered to work more like companions to our residents, getting to know their holistic needs. Our higher than average ratio of carers to residents allows for more personalised care and ensures our residents have the same carers supporting them every day.

At West Hall all members of the care home team are given exemplary on-going training, ensuring everyone is knowledgeable and confident in their role. We strive to ensure our approach always reflects best practice and new learning in dementia care and West Hall staff who successfully complete the Advance Dementia course “Developing Dementia Care Practice” are registered as Dignity Champions in line with the government’s national campaign to promote dignity and best practice in care homes.

The whole team at West Hall, from our administrators to our care managers, are focused on upholding the dignity and respect of everyone in our care and ensuring all of our residents feel comfortable and happy at all times.
