Our rental properties include studio flats, one, two or three-bedroom flats or bungalows. All our retirement properties are purpose-built and well maintained.
Your home will be completely self-contained with your own front door, equipped with fully-fitted kitchen units and offer you the option to decorate as you wish.

Our rented one, two and three bedroom properties and bungalows are perfect for couples or friends who want to share, and offer comfortable and well decorated living space.
Our retirement properties for rent offer a range of shared facilities to complement each private residence including laundry and communal lounge areas, attractive gardens and occasionally, conservatories. If you would like friends or family to stay when they come to visit, most of our rental properties also have a guest room which can be used for a small charge.
We understand that if you have a pet they are a very important part of your life. Anchor retirement properties are pet friendly environments and you are welcome to bring your pets with you, as long as you arrange this with the manager before you move. 24-hour peace of mind
We pride ourselves on providing customers with a warm, safe and comfortable environment. Each rental location is supported by an experienced manager who takes care of building maintenance and gardening. They also offer a helping hand if you require an urgent repair, in an emergency, or have any questions about bill paying, security or personal support.
In addition to our managers, all our rental properties are supported by Anchorcall, a 24-hour emergency call and secure door entry system.

Your monthly payment will include the rent for your retirement property, as well as the scheme’s service charge and heating, hot water and water rates. Our service charge covers all the cost of the amenities you share with your neighbours, including the manager service, our 24-hour emergency call service, repairs and maintenance services, window cleaning, gardening and the upkeep of communal areas.
