Victoria Willard

Care Home Manager

"The thing that I find most rewarding about my job is seeing residents happy and enjoying themselves. I love being able to make a positive difference to people’s days, so I try to spend as much time with residents as I can. My office door is always open and residents often pop in to say hello.
There’s a very friendly, sociable atmosphere at Bethune Court. We have a very caring and dedicated team of staff on hand to meet the individual residents’ needs. We have a full and varied activity programme to include arts and crafts, entertainers and musical events."

Daniel Isaac

Deputy Manager

"I started working as a care assistant 11 years ago; as my knowledge and skills progressed I was promoted as a team leader. Over the years I have worked at a number of established care providers, before joining Bethune Court as a Deputy Manager.
Being a Deputy Manager at a care home is challenging but worthwhile and I’m proud to say that no two days are ever the same. We aim to keep each day exciting with daily activities that are personal to each resident and we always encourage family and friends to stop by. We want residents to feel happy and healthy and visitors often tell us that they feel at home as soon as they walk in!"

Sarah Gould

Activities Coordinator

Sarah comes from an entertainment background and has worked as a professional dancer and entertainment officer on board many cruise ships. She is enjoying being able to create a varied activity programme for the customers of Bethune Court.
