Our apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity for 16 to 24 year olds who really want to make a difference to the lives of older people.
Over 12-18 months, you’ll get some of the most comprehensive training in the business. You’ll be a valued member of the team, and be supported in dealing with real life situations in a working environment. Best of all you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification whilst you earn.
Whatever your background and whatever you aspire to be, you’ll find we have opportunities for you. Working alongside experienced friendly colleagues, you’ll learn what goes into being a great:
- Care Assistant
- Catering Assistant
In the best possible way – by doing it.
You’ll be supported by a strong network of people who all want to see you succeed.
We aim to place all of our Apprentices into role by the end of their programme and celebrate completing your Apprenticeship with a formal graduation Ceremony.
Becoming an Anchor apprentice
You don’t need previous experience or qualifications to apply, just a caring nature and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older people.
