As a not-for-profit organisation, all the money we make goes back into the business to provide better services for residents and colleagues. That’s because when we make a commitment to care, we’re all in – with our time, effort and every penny.

By reinvesting in the business we can provide a better standard of care and customer service, better wages, more investment in training and development and better facilities.

We’re in it together

One of the best things about working for a not-for-profit like Anchor is that we’re all working together to achieve one goal: to provide homes where older people can love living in later life.  We build communities of highly committed and talented people who create welcoming, supportive environments where residents can thrive.

Every single person at Anchor contributes towards this goal, whether they work in finance, legal, marketing, IT, customer service, property, housing or care directly.
