Report a repair
Existing Anchor customers living in housing schemes without a manager based on site can report a non-emergency repair using our online form below.
If your housing scheme has a manager, please report the repair to them instead of using this form.
Details of repairs submitted using this form will be logged with the relevant contractor within 2 working days. A member of our friendly Customer Centre Support Team will then get in touch with you to advise you of next steps and timescales - so please ensure you leave correct contact details below.
Urgent repairs can be logged with the Repairs Desk by calling on 0300 123 7105, between 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday, and 8am - 4pm on Saturday.
