As a Home Manager in an Anchor care home, you’ll use your skill, experience and leadership to create an environment where outstanding person-centred care is consistently delivered. You’ll be the figurehead of the home and manage teams of dedicated and passionate people.
Reporting to the Home Manager, care managers are responsible for all aspects of care delivery within the care home.
This is a vital role that supports the Home Manager with important day-to-day financial and organisational administration.
