Orchard Gardens will be holding a free talk on Diabetes on 28th April so members of the public can find out more about the condition.
Angie Whitmarsh, from Diabetes UK will be hosting the talk at Orchard Gardens where people can find out more about Diabetes and the range of support available. Angie will be on hand to talk to members of the local community during the session which starts at 11am. She will explore the myths of Diabetes and discuss healthcare essentials and exercises recommended by healthcare professionals to enable people with the condition to still get the most out of life.
Orchard Gardens Customer Relations Manager, Lisa Smirk said: “We want to provide information to the local community because many people are understandably worried about Diabetes and we think it’s important to share our knowledge and experience with people living in Bishopstoke.”
