Come along to Ferendune Court and take part in our fortnightly Seated Tai Chi classes with Home Exercise Rehabilitation Coach, Lucy Brooks.

Held every other Tuesday at 3pm, for 1 hour, our new Seated Tai Chi classes are a great way to improve your wellbeing. 

Follow the 18 moves to help you relax whilst getting an all over workout. Tai Chi can help reduce stress and improve  posture, balance and general mobility.
