Waterside care home and Southwark Arts Forum warmly invite you the unveiling of 'East Street', a collaborative painting created by the Four Corners art group for mature artists, and the opening of the exhibition of work produced by Four Corners and our care home residents.
Silver Thinking is a Southwark Arts Forum project, funded by The Big Lottery Awards For All, delivering Silver Ambassadors network meetings and events in Southwark via a network of older artists, musicians, singers, dancers and organisations and individuals working creatively with older people in Southwark.
The network has established strong links with the residents and team at Anchor's Waterside care home and have been delivering art workshops at the home with Art in the Park and older volunteers from the community. The work they have produced is now going to be exhibited at Waterside and we welcome you to come along to our opening.
For more information please call Home Manager Kanyiswa Tanda on 0207 358 5780.
Please RSVP by Monday 27th April
