"I was very pleased to move here because I've got a nice two-bedroom flat which has a lovely view over the gardens. The flat is easy to manage and I know what my monthly outgoings are because they are covered in the service charge. There is a good sense of community. Day trips and other events are organised, but you can also close your front door and have time to yourself. It depends on how much you want to get involved. We have a great estate manager, who is very nice and helpful. Having her on site and having the Anchorcall emergency cord in the flat gives me and my family peace of mind."
