If you are over 55 and are keen to make a fresh start for your retirement, you can apply for a studio flat or for a one, two or three-bedroom property.
Our retirement properties are well maintained and pleasant to live in. You'll have your own front door and the freedom to decorate your new home the way you want.
You can even bring a small pet with you by prior arrangement with the scheme’s manager. And if you would like friends or family to stay when they come to visit you, most of our schemes also have a guest room, normally with twin beds, available for a small charge.
Our retirement properties offer you the reassuring prospect of leading an independent lifestyle within a supportive community. Most of our retirement schemes are overseen by a manager who can offer support and, importantly, help in an emergency.
All our properties are equipped with an emergency alarm system, AnchorCall. This offers you 24-hour assistance if you are concerned about security, or if you need help with an urgent repair or in a medical emergency. Some schemes also offer a range of additional care services.
While you will be responsible for your own council tax, phone bills and electricity for your property, a service charge will cover the manager service, as well as our 24-hour call emergency service and the heating and lighting of all communal areas.
We are keen to make sure you can have your say about the services we provide. You can do this through our tenant participation scheme, tenant forums or on an individual basis.
We also want to put your mind at rest on issues relating to rent, services and even completing the rental paperwork involved.
