Such information will only be processed following your explicit consent. We will do this by providing a statement and asking you to tick a box to signify your consent before you submit the information. How do we intend to use your information?
To provide a service: we may contact you for reasons relating to the service you have made a request for. Live chat: we will retain your contact details and our conversation for a period of one year if you contact us via our live chat facility. This may be to respond to your enquiry, to continue our conversation with you or to contact you for marketing purposes. Property searches: you can conduct basic property searches that do not require personal information. However, if you would then like to have further information, such as requesting brochure or a telephone call, you will need to complete the enquiry form and provide us with your name and details of how we can contact you. If you are enquiring on behalf of someone else, we may need more information from you before we can deal fully with your enquiry.
If you are interested in working for us: we will only use your information to accurately process your application and to monitor recruitment and provide statistics. Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be retained for six months after the recruitment process is completed, at which point it will be securely disposed of.
Internet Protocol (IP) address: an IP address is a number that can uniquely identify a computer or network device on the internet. We automatically collect a partial IP address which ensures you remain anonymous for the purpose of monitoring website traffic and improving the user experience of the site.
