At Orchard Gardens we have a caring team of professionals dedicated to delivering personally tailored care and ensuring our residents always feel confident that they can rely on a friendly face and helping hand 24-hours a day.

Our carers are specially selected for their personal qualities, such as being instinctively warm with a natural desire to help others – always taking the time to have a friendly chat, reminisce or share a joke.

As you’d expect, our carers are given intensive training and are required to complete NVQ qualifications and a range of in-house courses to assure you of the highest possible standards of care and support.

At Orchard Gardens all members of the care home team, from our administrators to our care managers, are focused on upholding the dignity and respect of everyone in our care and ensuring all of our residents feel comfortable and happy at all times.
