Each of the 65 individual apartments at Austin Place is filled with helpful touches that make life easier. Kitchen worktops and wall units are mounted lower, storage drawers replace awkward cupboards, with plug sockets raised higher – all for your increased comfort and convenience.
All properties at Austin Place are built to NHBC (National House Building Council) standards and upon completion are issued with a NHBC certificate and associated 10 year warranty.
