Austin Place shortlisted for national design award
Austin Place has been praised as one of the best new independent retirement living developments in the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards 2017.
Judges will be making a visit to Austin Place in January to further assess the high-quality facilities, including a roof terrace, relaxing sun lounge, a café and delicatessen, treatment and bath spa room and assisted spa.
Cheryl Crooks, Estate Services Manager at Anchor’s Austin Place, said: “We’re over the moon to be a finalist in such a highly regarded national award. We’re looking forward to welcoming the judges in January so we can show them all that Austin Place has to offer.”
Keith Everitt, partner at The Tooley & Foster Partnership, the architects for the home, said: “Austin Place is carefully designed so that residents can live active and independent lives surrounded by likeminded people. These awards acknowledge how the right property can improve people’s wellbeing and quality of life, so Austin Place is a perfect candidate.”
At Austin Place you’ll find a highly qualified and experienced support team on-hand to help anyone that needs a little extra assistance to maintain an independent lifestyle.
