The property is situated close to Stoke-on-Trent and has excellent transport links to the city centre, Tunstall, Burslem and Hanley. The local shops are within walking distance and include supermarkets, post office, hairdressers and a chemist. There are doctors' surgeries locally in nearby Fegg Hayes and Packmoor. Other local amenities a short bus ride away include a cinema, bowling alley and bingo hall.

We understand that sometimes you like to be alone and at other times you may want to be more sociable. Our properties give you that freedom. At Chell Green Court we run social activities including coffee mornings, bingo evenings, church services, occasional sales and other events throughout the year.

Your monthly fee will range from £478.15 and normally includes your rent, service charge, heating, hot water and water rates.
