Denham Garden Village Scoops Gold

Denham Garden Village has scooped Gold for Best Retirement Development at the Daily Telegraph What House? Awards, coined “the Oscars” of the housebuilding industry.

At a glittering awards ceremony for 1500 people at Grovesnor House Hotel in London, Tony Tench, head of integrated care and housing for Anchor Trust, which owns and manages the development, collected the award from comedian Jimmy Carr and England rugby star Matt Stevens.
