Residents and their relatives have put Willow Gardens care home in Yateley in the top 1% of care and nursing homes listed on top review website www.carehome.co.uk by giving their feedback on every aspect of their care.
Reviewers are asked to leave feedback on a variety of aspects of care including; being treated with dignity, the facilities, activities, food and drink, cleanliness, management and value for money.
Positive comments left for Willow Gardens included: “I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and compassion both for my mother and our whole family.”
“Coming into a care home was not an easy decision for me, but my standard and quality of life has improved drastically since moving in.”
“Mum appreciates the effort made by the Activities Co-Ordinator to motivate everyone to go out, for example to lunch at local hotels, pubs and garden centres.”
Angela Slade, Home Manager said “ I am very proud of our team here and know how dedicated they all are to their work, but hearing it from our residents themselves and their relatives means so much to us all – thank you to those who completed the survey.”
Councillor Tony Spencer, Mayor of Yateley was pleased to present Angela and Deputy Manager Shelley both with bouquets of flowers to acknowledge the results and commented on the happy, welcoming feel that he always noticed at Willow Gardens.
