Baking fans from Orchard Gardens care home in Bishopstoke rose to the challenge of making delicious treats in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Staff from Orchard Gardens got involved and baked cakes and other delicious treats for their Big Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan on Friday 29th September.
Care home manager, Tracey Hibberd said the residents were keen to hold an event to raise money for Macmillan because it was such a worthwhile charity.
Hibberd said: "The residents heard about the charity's great work so wanted to boost their funds. Activities are a major part of life at Orchard Gardens care home because it helps stimulate our residents both mentally and physically and of course it's fun!"
Guests also enjoyed a raffle and bake-off competition at the event with the winner chosen by residents and their families.
