Heathside care home in Woking have raised £415 for the residents welfare fund after a hugely successful summer fete.
Fun, food and games were on offer as members of the public attended the care home’s summer fete this July.
Activities Co-ordinator Anna May Baldwin said: “The day was a great success with residents, Family members and members of the public coming to Heathside to enjoy the day and raise money for a great cause.
“The most successful stall of the day was the tombola with all the prizes being won, at five tickets for £1 and over 40 prizes!”
As well as a tombola, visitors could look around bric-a-brac stalls and guess how many sweets were in a jar, while children had their faces painted and played on a bouncy castle.
