Making good use of the spring time seasonal weather, Manor Court has started the reconstruction of its garden.
The new garden design will help it be a place not only for nice flowers but also edible plants, herbs and a sensory garden for residents to enjoy.
The residents started sowing a variety of seeds during a sunny day at the home. They planted and watered lettuce, pumpkins and some local strawberries, with the support of home Gardener Dave and Activities Coordinator Laura.
The next steps for the garden includes using recycled items as a plants pots, so if you are keen to donate boots, big old jars, etc. please get in touch with the home.
