Residents and staff at Augusta Court care home in Chichester have raised a massive £600 for their amenity fund at their hugely successful Summer Fayre.
The Fayre, which took place on Saturday 25 July, offered residents and the local community a chance to enjoy a BBQ, a dog show, cake stalls, tombola, face painting, bric-a-brac stalls and a variety of games including hook-a-duck and a raffle.
Samantha Kewell, Home Manager at Augusta Court said: “Everyone here had a fabulous day. The residents and staff enjoyed planning the Fayre and couldn’t have asked for a better day.
“We were really pleased to see so many people from the local community coming along to support the home and we are proud to have raised £600 for our residents’ amenity fund.”
