Colleagues from Anchor’s Dementia and Community Partnership teams have attended the 2015 Social Care Conference in London.
Anchor’s National Dementia Services Manager, Joanne Laverty, and Dementia Leads Gill Allatt and David Moore presented a masterclass on our development of person centred dementia care services across our care homes.
In the presentation, the Anchor team outlined the processes undertaken by the organisation to ensure best practise in the delivery of the highest standards of care for people living with dementia and considered future developments in supporting people with dementia and their families.
Jo Bown, Anchor’s Community Partnership Manager said: “We are delighted to attend the conference this year and meet so many people from the wider world of care.
“Today has been a great opportunity for us to discuss the future of dementia services and we have been pleased to introduce Anchor’s inspiring approach to dementia care.”
