We encourage rented and leasehold customers to form their own Residents’Associations and Tenants’ Associations. 

Associations are an excellent way for customers to be involved in the management of their location. We know these work well where they exist and we will continue to provide more guidance on how to set them up.  

We officially recognise associations that have a properly drafted constitution and democratically elected committee members that represent at least 51 per cent of the location's properties.
